Scout Troubleshooting
- You attempted to connect your Scout to the Apple Find My app, but failed to finalize the setup. Your Scout is no longer discoverable in the Apple Find My app to connect.
- My app is frozen after I performed a firmware update of the Scout.
- When I try to pair my Scout with the Find My app - I see a low battery warning
- I am unable to update my Knog Scout firmware via the Knog app as it says the battery level is too low
- When I pair a new device the battery level indicator does not initially display correctly
- My Scout can’t connect in the Knog App correctly - I see it constantly switch between ‘connecting' and ‘disconnected’
- Firmware update fails due to “error”
- Scout alarm is falsely triggered
- I can use Find My to locate the Scout, but I can’t connect in the Knog Mobile App
- Scout is non-responsive in the Find My app
- Scout is disarmed, but non-responsive in the app

- After pairing my Scout to the Knog Mobile app, I can see the Knog Scout listed under ‘MY DEVICES’ in iOS->Settings->Bluetooth. Why does it appear here ?
- I selected ‘Forget this Device’ in iOS->Settings->Bluetooth, and now I can’t connect to the Scout in the Knog Mobile app. What can I do ?
